How to use the interactive seating plan
To select you preferred table & chair you can
- zoom in and out with the wheel of the mouse
- move the seating plan to the left, right, up and down (click and drag)
Below we explained in 3 easy steps how to book tables and chairs.
Important note: your booking is only valid once your payment reflects on the Wika bank account. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.

Read below how to use the interactive seating plan
To select you preferred table & chair you can
- zoom in and out with the wheel of the mouse
- move the seating plan to the left, right, up and down (click and drag)
Step 1: choose the event date. There is only one date to choose from, 11 April 2023.
Step 2: choose your preferred chair. You can also select several chairs or even a complete table, thereby selecting all available chairs at this table. Selected chairs and tables can be de-selected by clicking onto them once more.
Step 3: once you have finalized your selection of tables and chairs, click onto “Add to cart”. At the right top of your screen your order will appear. Proceed to all further steps as you would do in a normal online shop.
- “View cart” will show your booking.
- “Checkout” will finalize your booking.
- You will receive payment instructions and confirmations via e-mail.
- We accept only payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
